Thene Disscussion Thread

I think it's a good idea to make a thread for this, as we really don't want to pick a theme we all don't agree on having in the game, now do we?

So, I found a few songs that are not under copyright (as the songs made using a certain program are not protected by it) and they are able to be used without trouble with the law.
Of course, we could also take advantage of the "Fair Use" copy-right law. Smile

First, the english songs, since I'm pretty sure a lot of people like english.
1. Live and Learn by Crush 40 (Fair Use, however audio may end up being removed from vids on Youtube cause Youtube dun like Fair-use, originally used in SA2)
2. Ring a Bell (English version) by Bonnie Pink (Also fair use, originally used in the game Tales of Vesperia)

Okay, now the Japanese songs, which are all, for the most part, not restricted by copyright laws. Smile
1. VOiCE by Miku Hatsune (Very very epic, animated opening I'm drawing currently works best with it. This song can be interpreted in multiple ways, which makes for a good way to make an animation with it. The first video involved a robot and an infant form of the singer, in which the robot sacrificed it's life to save the house the infant lived in.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SR_6aEhCnmk
2. Rhapsody of Loup-Garous by Luka Megurine and Gakupo Kamui (or Len and Rin Kagamine) (This is probably better suited as a character theme, rather than a game theme, but it could possibly work) (Luka and Gakupo Version- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJh1_cziIlY ) (Len and Rin Version- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h0MsvVJGoYc )
3. Tori no Uta (Hardrock Arrangement) by Len Kagamine (This song was originally used in a game and anime called "AIR", however, it was covered by a producer using VOCALOID software. Could be easily used in an opening sequence) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8PzC-6K85I

Suggestions?
